All produce is grown, reared, caught, brewed, pickled, baked or smoked by the stallholders, guaranteeing a local product that will directly benefit the community. Massive range of food, from buffalo cheese, pickles and chutneys to organic fruit and vegetables, honey, jam, bread, dairy produce and fishcakes. There's guava jelly, aloo gobi pie, Mexican orange blossom honey, halal meat and a range of over 70 chilli sauces. Some fine ethnic snacks - é samosas, kachori and aloo tikki, to name but three - and its organic selection is excellent and steadily growing, including bread, milk, coffee, dairy, pulses and grains.
