Lovely Drinks now supply every one from London’s National Gallery and Royal Academy to Jodrell Bank. Kew Gardens sell 1,000 bottles weekly – and that’s before summer’s even kicked in. Closer to home you’ll find them at places like Arnolfini, Boston Tea Party, Chandos Deli, River Cottage Canteen and Tyntesfield. Still a family concern, their drinks are made using elderflowers, fresh ginger, lemons, lavender, single-variety Somerset pressed apples and other English fruits and flowers.
