For something completely different in your get-fit quest, you'd be hard-pressed to find anything as fascinating or effective as Gaelic football. It's very energetic, combining as it does elements of football, rugby and basketball. It also gave rise to Aussie Rules. Rookies are always welcome at this friendly club.
