This forms part of an ancient Indian 'medicine' which, when combined with yoga and massage, helps overcome ailments like colds and stomach discomfort. Khikhadi, a dish made from rice and split green lentils contains complex minerals, iron and omega oil to get you back on your feet. All dishes cooked in very little oil (no ghee or butter.)
