Courses have been designed by Jon and Steve to maximise player potential via cue words triggering actions. Children aged 6-11 are catered for, with the eight best annually progressing to Gloucestershire CCC trials. Former pupil (and future England captain) Jacob Symanowski said: “My batting improved a lot; I gained a better posture and hit the ball further.”

Expect excitement like off-road go-karting, archery, kayaking, rock climbing and quad-biking plus ‘big abseils’ down the Avon Gorge. Annual activities like dragon boating in Pershore and fire-eating were joined recently by the rather brilliant ‘horse pub ride’ - riding a horse to a rural pub and back - every two months in the spring. Venue’s intrepid researcher enjoyed tubing - speeding down a dry ski slope in an inner tube. Headfirst.
